Affinity Circles, Inc., provider of trusted social networks for affinity-based organizations, and The Active Network, Inc., provider of application services technology and marketing solutions for community service and participatory sports organizations, announced a strategic agreement to deliver an integrated online registration and event management solution for trusted social networks.

Active’s EventRegister solution is now available to Affinity Circles’ customers, which include more than 100 membership organizations, making it easy to add event registration and management functionality to their online communities. Members simply fill out a secure online form, pay by credit card or e-check and instantly receive email confirmation. Using Active’s data management software, event organizers are able to streamline the process of creating reports, rosters, communications, attendee tracking, billing and financial transactions.
