Avvenu, Inc., the company that provides consumers with remote access and sharing of their personal media, announced today the launch of Avvenu Music for Facebook, a social music service designed for the 30 million users of the popular social networking site. Avvenu Music for Facebook allows Facebook users to explore, experience, profile and share their musical preferences.

Avvenu Music for Facebook automatically places stickers in user profiles based on each person’s favorite artists, genres and musical era. Users can share stickers with friends, customize a “sticker wall,” and comment on each others’ stickers and collections. Stickers are based on a sophisticated, unpublished rules system which takes into account several factors when deciding whether to award individual stickers. Over 50 stickers are now available, including “Unorthodox”, “Complicated”, “Metal Head” and “I Love the 80’s”. New stickers and expanded social music features will be regularly added to the service.
