Can you offset your cats flatuence? being green in Web 2.0

catDid you know that flatuence is a leading cause of greenhouse gas? Cows lead the way, indeed Cows emit 20 pounds each (10 kgs) of greenhouse gas every year. Cats are also apparently a leading cause of “global warming”, but all is not lost.

A Sydney (Australia) based company Easy Being Green will now allow you to offset your cats greenhouse emissions for $8 (AUD) a month. No longer will Kitty be a burden on the planet. Your moggy will no longer vote for George W Bush nor watch Fox News with the Easy Being Green Package, or fart for that matter, at least in this world :-)

  2. Just doing an early sweep of my daily reads.

Not that I’m not appreciative of quirky news, but what exactly is 901am all about?

“901am is a website covering new media news. and blogging.”

Time is money folks, would love to see 901am clearly define what you are trying to do with your blog.

Are you covering new media and blogging or should we expect more silly posts like this one?

Not trying to get anyone worked up, just saying I look to 901am to talk about blogging and industry stuff, not fluff…

Nothing personal and I do appreciate you try to keep it a “fun and light read”, but you don’t want to alienate your core audience of readers that are looking for blog/industry related content.
