Climber.com launches recruiting tool
Climber.com announced the launch of its newest innovation in career management tools. “Evergreen”, a candidate review system that allows staffing organizations or direct employers to maximize the value of their candidate lead generation processes, is now available to Climber.com member companies.
Since its launch in April 2007, Climber.com’s approach to recruiting has attracted more than 160,000 members. Billing itself as the “Like Dating for Jobs” company, it has developed a high-touch recruiting process that emphasizes consultation and long-term career management techniques. According to
A.C. Nielsen, Climber.com ranked as one of top 10 most visited recruiting sites nationwide in June of 2007.
