CorpU’s new mini-documentary series, “The People Factor,” debuts on CorpU TV and details the steps that world-class organizations take to cultivate talent and grow leaders. New episodes on various topics will be released every two months.
In addition to “The People Factor,” CorpU TV features a searchable database of video interviews with learning executives at leading global companies. Highlighting organizations from Caterpillar and the U.S. Army to the Ritz Carlton, Staples, and Credit Suisse, the video clips are organized by practice area, including topics such as Enterprise Learning, Performance Management, Culture, and Measurement, among others. Website visitors can comment on videos and upload content to create an interactive experience.
