Exposing the Hypocrisy of Viacom’s Lawsuit

ifilmoprah Exposing the Hypocrisy of Viacom’s LawsuitFrom the ‘now-this-is-interesting-news dept.’ Nick Denton of Valleyrag points out how Viacom’s $1 billion lawsuit against YouTube for copyright infringement is marred with hypocrisy and double standards.

The media conglomerate itself owns a video sharing site called iFilm, which is pretty much guilty of all the same purported violations that Viacom is suing YouTube for, only on a smaller scale.

To prove his point, Nick uploaded a clip of Oprah Winfrey to the service without any problems. Now if only Ms. Winfrey found out about this some how.
