FizBer taps YouTube to improve house tour experience
FizBer.com, a leading real estate for-sale-by-owner Web site, launches FizBer Video, which showcases videos of for-sale houses to thousands of potential buyers on YouTube. The video tour saves time and money for both buyers and sellers, helping to sell houses faster and easier.

I’m sure it will be very beneficial for buyers but not sure how many sellers would be able to get one up

To shoot a video tour is not that hard – it should be a 2 to 2-1/2 minute full-motion video with or without voice-over narration and music that showcases a property and all its key selling features. Try and shoot in the mornings or later in the afternoon to avoid that harsh mid-day sun. Then log into your Fizber account, upload the video together with your home pics and you are done – your video will appear on YouTube in a matter of minutes.
