Hypster.com hits 150,000 user mark in November
Burned Media Ltd. announced that its online music discovery property Hypster.com has surpassed the 150,000-user mark in November 2007.
The music discovery site previously reported 100,000-user mark in October 2007, ending the month with 121,200 users. This subscriber base was up by 28,450 registered users from the previous month. In November the property reached 154,144 total subscribers for a gain of 32,944 new subscribers.
This resulted in over 453,000 visits to the site by 178,830 unique visitors, and more than 6,470,000 pageviews for the month. This compares favorably to the previously reported 5,600,000 million pageviews and 350,000 visits by 140,000 unique visitors in October. In addition, the company has added over 350 beta testers to its new Facebook application, which the company believes will have a strong impact on user growth in the coming months.
