imbee.com, the first parent-approved social networking and blogging destination specifically designed for kids from ages 8 to 14, announced a partnership with National Geographic Digital Media to create a world-conscious online community group for Earth-loving kids and tweens.

Named the National Geographic Kids Group, the customized group resides within the imbee.com network. The site can also be accessed from National Geographic Kids web site. On joining, group members will have the ability to read and comment on the most recent blog entries related to various Earth-focused National Geographic Digital Media programs, view videos, look at images, listen to world music, etc. Content for the group will be updated frequently and will cover animals, insects, plant life, geography, culture, music and more.
