Internet entrepreneur Brad Greenspan’s BroadWebAsia inks deal with China’s Mofile.com and Hubotv.com
Internet entrepreneur Brad Greenspan announced that his company, BroadWebAsia (BWA), has agreed to acquire partnership stakes in two of the fastest growing online video sites in China, Mofile.com and Hubotv.com, which together reach over 48 million unique visitors per month.
In the past 18 months since it was founded, BWA reached critical mass by taking partnership stakes in several fast growing websites to form the BWA Network.
“This represents a landmark achievement for BWA in the Chinese Marketplace and gives us a great platform to promote global brands online,” said BroadWebAsia Chairman and majority shareholder Brad Greenspan. “The Chinese market is projected to grow to more than 250 million users over the next 3-4 years. The advertising potential for China’s online population is massive and BroadWebAsia, together with its network of partners, is positioning itself to become a major player in this explosive growth.
