LinkBlitz: New Media Edition

Here’s some news in new media today, from social news to new media tools, that I thought I’d share.

After the big game on Sunday night, YouTube not only hosted all the Super Bowl commercials, but went a step further and is holding a Super Vote competition, where you rank all the Super Bowl commercials and submit it to the master list. The winner will have the ad spot on YouTube’s homepage Tuesday.

Google is apparently developing a presentation tool called Presently to be the next edition to the Google Docs & Spreadsheets family of Office webware – via Google Operating System

Digg made a few minor updates today in line with last weeks controversial announcement that they were removing the top users list due to reasons of gaming.

Google is now offering a tool for webmasters to view “all” incoming links to your website. – via CyberNet News

Information Week has a great article discussing new online editing tools that nurture new video makers. Great tools for any video blogger or anyone new to video editing.
