I’ve long since dropped NoFollow from the comments on my sites, in the age of Akismet spam blocking, there’s no excuse for you to not follow suite.

Will 901am be dropping Nofollow for the comments and trackbacks soon?

To be honest I didn’t think to check whether this site was using them. If it is I’ll be taking it up with David, I’m dead against them and have been for a fairly long time, nofollow punishes legitimate commenters.

Hi Duncan,

Yup.. according to my Search Status Firefox extension, 901am currently uses NoFollow.

I’m sure that the blog will get a lot more commenters if it was turned off. :)
