The free Tour de France Mapping Toolkit provide cyclists, cycling fans, bloggers, and journalists the ability to easily visualize and interact with the different Tour stages through a variety of media. For the first time ever, MapMyRide’s tour coverage allows bloggers, journalists, and Web page administrators to embed premium pre-made Tour de France stage maps directly into their blogs, online articles, or Web sites. The free Mapping Toolkit can embed and display not only the basic event information such as stage descriptions and dates, but also interactive street and satellite map overlays of the individual stages as well as their elevation profiles indicating key Tour de France areas such as sprints, climbs, and feed zones.
