MediaZone to launch MeadiaZone Brasil
MediaZone announced that they will be unveiling their latest offering, MediaZone Brasil, a multimedia service that will deliver an array of video programming and other content via broadband tailored for the nearly 3 million Brasilians living outside of Brasil.
MediaZone Brasil is a pioneer in this space providing first of its kind, highly anticipated programming, with over 400 sports events in 2007-2008 and over 300 hours of content available live or On Demand 24/7. The service will provide exclusive coverage of the National Sports Channel to a worldwide audience featuring full games and match highlights of Brasilian soccer, auto and moto racing events such as the Copa Clio Brasil and Campeonato Bra Motocross, as well as exclusive coverage of new fight content produced by the Confederation of Brasilian Kickboxing, one of the largest fight promoters in Brasil.
In addition to this diverse sporting content, MediaZone Brasil will also feature programming from TV Cultura, Brasil’s national public television network, highlights from such prestigious events such as the 2008 Sao Paulo Fashion Week and Zoomp Fashion Show with full backstage coverage as well as model and celebrity interviews, Brasilian documentaries, educational children’s programs and well-known cartoons such as Cocorico and Castelo Ra-Tim-Bum.
