myPhotopipe.com, an online provider of digital photo processing, photo finishing, photo sharing, and related services for the professional and serious amateur photographer, announced an agreement to acquire a minority interest in Digital Gallery Ventures, LLC, a Scottsdale, Arizona-based company that creates FaceBook applications for Digital Photo editing and processing.

myPhotopipe.com will be the sole printing partner for Digital Gallery, LLC. Other terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
