Razz launches first user-generated voice ringtones
Razz, Inc., an audio content service provider for mobile phones and social networks, announced the official launch of Razz Tones, a user-generated voice ringtone service. Razz Tones are now available in the U.S. and will also be available in the UK.
Razz’s web-based application allows consumers to create custom voice ringtones by combining one’s voice with entertaining sound clips and background music. Razz Tones can be shared with friends via SMS, email or audio widget, which can be published to any website or social network such as MySpace, Facebook or Tagged. For published widgets, users can select from dozens of skins to further personalize their ringtone content.
“After successfully establishing Razz as a leading service provider for audio content in Europe, we are excited to expand the ringtone market here in the U.S with the launch of Razz Tones,” said David Rich, Chief Marketing Officer for Razz, Inc. “We wanted to deliver a fresh, new approach to ringtone personalization and leverage the viral distribution of social networks through our Razz Tone technology. Pre-recording your own voice and mixing it with other music and sound clips is the ultimate personal experience for which consumers and carriers have been looking.”

:-)
Visit del.icio.us and search for “ringtone” and look at what people are really interested in. The most fresh approach is to make own ringtones for free :-)
