ScribeFire signs Chris Fincke
ScribeFire, the Firefox plugin formerly known as Performancing for Firefox, and now a company within its own right, but not to be confused with Performancing the blog and Performancing Metrics, which is now owned by another company for which the owner of this site has some involvment, has announced that Chris Fincke, formerly of Netscape has joined the company/ plugin.
In a first for me, the news was broken exclusively by Nick Wilson, formerly of ThreadWatch, then previously with Performancing, then with Performancing again, who then sold Performancing yet kept the plugin that became ScribeFire, then launched a company of the same name… on his Twitter account.
Unfortunately I can’t provide any background on Fincke, Google + Technorati keeps telling me Fincke is either a Soccer Player, or a “fancier of fine horses” who had the first rubber tire buggy in 1901.
It’s time to lay down now, its been one of those days :-)

Drop the “c” from “Fincke” and you’ll probably find much more information :-). I am a *current* Netscape employee (Netscape by day, ScribeFire by night), and my blog is at http://www.efinke.com/ for anyone who is interested.
