upclose.jpgPureVideo Networks, Inc., the new media company behind PureVideo.com, StupidVideos.com, and GrindTV.com, today launched 4th broadband destination, HollywoodUpClose, a search engine and portal to all things about celebrities. Emerging from its one month beta period today, HolywoodUpClose has already attracted over two million users.

HollywoodUpClose allows users to access thousands of the Net’s best celebrity media sources through one easy to navigate destination. In addition to a multimedia search engine, HollywoodUpClose is a portal that aggregates web-wide celebrity and entertainment news, photos, and videos, featuring movie trailers, interviews, red carpet footage, music videos, outtakes, and more.

“With more than 2 million users on the site already, clearly there is significant demand and opportunity for HollywoodUpClose,” said Erik Hawkins, CEO and co-founder of parent company, PureVideo Networks, Inc.
