‘The Sarah Silverman Program’ website launches

Comedy Central announced today that ComedyCentral.com will launch “The Sarah Silverman Program” web site. The launch of this new site allows viewers to be more than just be spectators in Sarah Silverman’s world, they can now get an in depth look into all the mayhem.

Users will be treated to exclusive online video from the minds of Sarah, the cast and some very special friends – including animated original shorts that expand on each episode, the latest news from the world of Sarah, exclusive on-the-set video and a special show insider’s daily blog.

Each week, the site will feature users favorite show clips, as well as new, exclusive videos made especially for the web as well as via mobile phone video. Highlights include Sarah enlisting the aid of her friends to create “The Sarah Silverman Program Nuggets,” a twisted video on-set of the show. In addition, users will be able to play a new video game, as well as add new Sarah Silverman ringtones to their mobile phone.
