Yahoo acquires Buzztracker.com
Alan Warms of Participate Media today announced in a blog post that Yahoo acquired BuzzTracker.com. He will be joining Yahoo to run Yahoo News as Vice President and General Manager. Yahoo will also bring on board all Participate Media staff. Financial details were not disclosed though BoomTown places it at $5 million (based on source).
