Zimbra&#039;s been out there and I suspect just talking with interested buyers for like the last year.  They must have chosen Yahoo cause the price was right, and the strategy sound...?  Well, it seems like it was a cash deal, so maybe strategy had less to do with it than return, baby.</description>
