As I posted last April 1, my time to move has come after Splashpress Media decided not to renew my services. Others thought of that post as an April Fools joke but it’s true. My term ends at the strike of midnight today.

Weather Underground announced the availability of its new interactive weather map. WunderMap is an interactive visual display of weather information that is plotted and overlaid on a map interface. Users can choose from a variety of weather layers, including animated radar, current conditions, severe thunderstorm and tornado warnings, live webcam images and animated infrared or visible satellite imagery showing cloud coverage.
Users will find the new feature useful in that it provides a meaningful and uniform representation of multiple types of weather data in an easy to use, interactive format. Clear Channel Radio has launched erockster, a vast collection of on-air, online and on-demand content for music fans of all genres. The collection will reach some 5000 songs over the next month, adding 1000 songs per week. From music to blogs to a social network and user-created content, erockster is created for 13- to 34-year-olds with hopes of appealing to music lovers of all ages.
The erockster content streams online at www.erockster.com starting May 2nd. It will also stream from Los Angeles (KYSR-FM), Washington DC (WWDC-FM) and Philadelphia (WRFF-FM) as well as broadcast as an HD2 channel. As additional stations are added, the show will also be syndicated as a two-hour program on FM stations.
