Answers Corporation cancels public offering due to market conditions
Companies go public to raise funds and with the current unfavorable market conditions, Answers Corporation has decided to terminate its proposed public offering. Answers Corporation is behind Answers.com and WikiAnswers.com.
“Due to the state of public markets, we were unable to complete our proposed public offering. However, I am very encouraged by the continued growth of our business fundamentals,” founder and CEO Robert S. Rosenschein explained.
