Bay Area Interactive Group reports record growth and key sponsorships
Bay Area Interactive Group (BIG), a non-profit professional association dedicated to championing innovation in digital marketing to brand marketers, publishers and agencies, announced that January 2008 marked the additions of more than 500 industry professionals to BIG’s growing membership. Total membership has now reached approximately 1,200.Â
The rapid increase is attributed to effectiveness of the group’s events, engaging the community through online social networking platforms and by the high quality of sponsorships. During 2007, BIG secured marquee sponsorship from Google, Yahoo!, ValueClick Media, Washingtonpost, Newsweek Interactive, 24/7 Real Media, among many others.
This year, BIG will be holding several events showcasing veteran thinkers within digital media.Â
