Buy.com to sell fix-priced goods in eBay
EBay Inc. has inked a deal with Buy.com that would allow the retailer to sell books, DVDs, electronics and other items without paying the full complement of eBay fees.
The move is reported to be an attempt by eBay to lure buyers who want fix-priced listings as against auctions.
