Glam Media acquires UK-based Monetise
Glam Media, Inc. (http://www.GlamMedia.com) has acquired UK’s online media sales company Monetise Limited. Financial terms were not disclosed.
With the integration of Monetise, Glam Media is in a position to be a leader of the UK online brand advertising market. Founded just three years ago, Monetise has built a growing and profitable business representing key properties in the UK market – including Flixster.com, TVGuide.co.uk, and ARTISTdirect.com – and is the leading online media sales player in the UK online entertainment market.
