Icahn gets three Yahoo board seats

Yahoo Inc. has relinquished three seats to billionaire Carl Icahn to avert a board battle come shareholder’s meeting this August 1. Icahn, however, still believes that he still believes a sale of all part of Yahoo is still the best for the company.

Yahoo’s board remains open to re-opening talks with Microsoft. This story is never-ending.
