Italy and Great Britain to get their Wired in 2009
Wired magazine and its website will be launched in Italy and Great Britain next year, Jonathan Newhouse, Chairman of Conde Nast International, announced.
In Italy, Wired will start no later than March 2009 and will be edited by Riccardo Luna. London, on the other hand, will launch in the first half of 2009 under its editor David Rowan.
The start-ups in Italy and Great Britain will represent the first overseas editions of the title since it was acquired by Conde Nast in 1998.
