Metromix.com makes Detroit debut
Detroit Media Partnership has launched Metromix Detroit, a
hip, fresh and dynamic new site for socially active taste-makers and young professionals looking for the latest in local trends and hotspots. Through a searchable database of up-to-the-minute entertainment listings – plus unique stories and user-generated content – Metromix provides the best local coverage of restaurants, bars and clubs, events, music, movies and TV.
Headed by editor B.J. Hammerstein, who has spent much of his career covering Detroit’s entertainment scene for the Detroit Free Press, Real Detroit Weekly, Ambassador and Hour Monthly, Metromix features a distinctly Detroit-centric point-of-view on where to go and what to do.
Metromix Detroit will be the latest addition to Detroit Media Partnership’s portfolio of products that also includes the Detroit Free Press and The Detroit News.
