New online music community announced, dreams of revolutionizing the industry

A new, online music community site was announced today by Guava LLC. The new site is dedicated to serving the interests of independent bands; followers of such groups; concert venues that want to book a wider range of artists; and recording studios that are seeking new business.

The web site, Guavagarage.com, was developed by two northern New Jersey college students– Daniel Kessler and Daniel Brown– who are attending Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania and the University of Virginia respectively.

Currently in the testing and development stage, guavagarage.com is scheduled for release and launch in Spring 2008. Additional details about the site and its release will follow in the coming months.

(Editor’s note: Nice plan. Dreamy. Too much noise before even finishing the site. But still, they get a post from us. They should just stick to selling t-shirts.)
