Yahoo! seeking deal with AOL
Yahoo! spent the long weekend in discussions with Goldman Sachs and potential bid partners, including Time Warner, Times Online reports.
Yahoo is said to be looking at a $10 billion merger deal with AOL, Time Warner’s Internet arm. The timing of any deal is important for Yahoo given the scheduled shareholders meeting on August 1, 2008.
