“Elf Yourself” Holiday Card Promo Brings the Fun to Facebook and Twitter
Alright folks, time to dig up those photos of yourself or your bosses, no matter how much you got pissed with them this 2009. Find the best mug shot of your colleagues, bosses and friends and use them for this year’s “Elf Yourself” online holiday card promotion. You have to admit that no matter how annoying those “elf yourself” cards were, they can still elicit some laughter if not a smile on everyone’s face.
OfficeMax, the company responsible for this social media marketing craze teams up again with JibJab, famous for their YouTube-like crazy videos. To make the social media campaign in tune with the signs of the times, OfficeMax hooked up with both Twitter and Facebook to make it easier for you to share your ‘elf yourself” video. You can now tweet, send to your Facebook profile as well as share to your Facebook connect friends how good you are at “elfing” yourself, friends or bosses faces.
Additional goodies include two dances – “hip-hop elves” or “singing elves”, in addition to the crowd favorites – “disco elves’, “country elves” and ‘elf classic”.
