I think it’s great for patients who need additional information about their health and/or condition. It’s great to see patients taking control of their own health and becoming knowledgeable about their own condition and not taking doctors words as gospel! I love it when a patient brings papers off the internet about their condition…it shows they care about getting healthier!

I wonder what this means tp the wellsphere’s community though? I’ve always liked wellsphere and enjoy the community interaction there. I hope nothing much changes with this acquisition and if there are, it doesn’t drive the bloggers and the groups away.
