Tsavo Media, a new company focused on the delivery and monetization of niche content to today’s digital consumers, announced the appointment of Sean Percival to the new post of Director of Content.
Percival will manage the build-out of Tsavo’s vertical properties, including those aimed at men, women, families and sports enthusiasts.
He joins Tsavo from Docstoc.com, where he served as Content Manager, spearheading new content initiatives, creating independent web properties to drive traffic, developing and executing social media campaigns, and conducting blogger outreach programs and brand management. In three months, his efforts helped double site traffic to two million unique visitors per month.
Prior to Docstoc, Percival headed social media and search engine marketing for Mahalo, where he increased traffic from 3.5 million to 4 million uniques per month, over a 10-month period.
