Google Drive Officially Announced

After months of speculation, Google has finally confirmed and announced its own cloud storage service, Google Drive. This could possibly be a game changer especially for competing cloud storage services that do not have as big as brand like Dropbox, SkyDrive or SugarSync.

Now the details. Google will provide free 5 gigabytes of storage for everyone who registers. There will be different plans available for those who want additional storage. A 25GB upgrade will be $2.49 a month, 100GB is priced at $4.99 a month, and 1terabyte is $49.99 a month. [Read more…]

Rumored Google Tablet Could be Out By May

A Google tablet has been a persistent rumor for many months now and the fact that it’s not dying means there’s a certain truth to these rumors.

New information that has come out about the Google tablet comes from an article that appears in Android and Me. According to the article, a source from a supply chain company that operates from the United States shared that a 7-inch tablet could probably be in the market by May and this tablet will have a winner of a price at $149. Firefox Remains Second Most Popular Browser, Chrome still at Third Place

A fierce competition exists among the different web browsers for market share and right now Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome are in the top three.
