LiveWorld, Inc. released its next generation Customer Support Community solution, aimed at making it easy for customers to share their product knowledge and provide support to each other. The first clients for this service are eBay France and eBay Italy.
The new service features a language model and taxonomy optimized for customer support, enabling users to easily describe and find information they are searching for. In addition, the service offers ratings for answers provided by users, as well as a way to quickly ascertain the credibility of the responder. It offers specialized navigation for top 10 questions and answers plus a place for users to offer tips, among a range of other features designed to make the knowledge of a companyâ€™s user base easily accessible and useful.
